Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is FREE on every order—no minimum purchase required.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states) via USPS.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from our 3PL facility at 1816 Underwood Boulevard, Delran, New Jersey.

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM ET are typically processed the same day or next business day.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

A USPS tracking email is sent as soon as your label is created (tracking may take up to 24 hours to update).

Delivery Speed (USPS Standard)

3–7 business days from shipment to any address in the continental U.S.

Delivery windows are estimates. Weather, carrier capacity, and holiday volume may extend timelines.

Expedited Options (USPS)

If available at checkout, you may select a paid USPS expedited method (e.g., Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express). Expedited orders still require standard processing time.

Addresses & P.O. Boxes

USPS delivers to residential, business, and P.O. Box addresses within the continental U.S. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.

Address Issues & Returns

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll re-ship after the address is corrected; a reship fee equal to USPS return/postage costs may apply.

Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged)

Damaged on arrival: Email bloombiotics@protonmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.

Marked “Delivered” but not received:

  • Wait 24–48 hours (USPS may mark delivered early).

  • Check with neighbors/building management and alternate delivery spots.

  • Contact us—our team will help investigate and file a USPS claim if needed.

Lost in transit: We’ll work with USPS and make it right with a replacement or refund consistent with the claim outcome.

Split Shipments & Backorders

Most orders ship in one package. If an item is preorder/backordered, we’ll email an estimated ship date. We may ship available items first at no extra cost.

Product Handling & Temperature

BloomBiotics™ capsules are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration. Store in a cool, dry place after delivery. We aren’t responsible for product degradation due to prolonged exposure after USPS confirms delivery (e.g., left in direct sun or extreme temperatures).

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to cancel or edit your order? Email us as soon as possible. Once a USPS label has been created or the order has shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.
